YNW Melly Addresses Lil Durk Alleged Murder Arrest In New Jail Phone Call

Rapper YNW Melly has spoken out about fellow rap stars Lil Durk and King Von in a leaked jail phone call.

Whilst awaiting a court date to request bail as he faces his own murder trial, YNW Melly has addressed the legal troubles of fellow rappers Lil Durk and King Von in a newly leaked jail phone call.

YNW Melly was arrested earlier this year for the alleged double murder of his two friends YNW Sakchaser (Anthony Williams) and YNW Juvy (Christopher Thomas Jr.), whilst Lil Durk and King Von were both arrested recently on separate alleged murder charges.

In a video that was shared on social media recently, YNW Melly can be heard speaking on the phone from jail and before addressing the legal troubles of both Lil Durk and King Von he can be heard saying, "It's your boy Melvin".

He then calls on his fellow rappers to be released from jail by stating, "Free Durk. Free Von. You already know what it is." YNW Melly has continuously claimed his own innocence regarding the murder charges police have made against him.

In the widely shared video below revealing YNW Melly's phone call, the name on the phone reads 'Melly Momma' which suggests that it was YNW Melly's mum who helped make the phone call with the unknown recipient happen.
