The footage off XXXTentacion follows previous artist holograms including Tupac, Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston.
Footage of an apparent XXXTentacion hologram has appeared online, with rumours it made performed on stage in LA.
The controversial footage, which depicts XXXTentacion as an angel with wings, is circulating on social media.
In the short clip, the hologram is seen saying: "No one can explain why you are alive, nobody can save you but you.”

It’s not known where the footage was originally taken however some fans are claiming it happened in LA.
There are also debates over whether the footage is genuine, as well as whether dead rappers should be turned into holograms.
Tupac was famously turned into a hologram for an appearance with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre at Coachella in 2012.
Meanwhile, XXXTentacion was also at the centre of this year’s BET Awards, with the rapper posthumously winning Best New Artist award.
He was also the subject of an apparent Vic Mensa diss during a BET cypher.
“Your favourite rapper is a domestic abuser… Name a single Vic Mensa song/ XXX we all know you won’t live that long/
“I don’t respect n*ggas posthumously/ homicide ain’t new to me/ Catch up with Akademiks at your eulogy/
"Only time you bear arms is in a wife beater, loser/Your favorite rapper's a domestic abuser."
Vic Mensa later defended his actions after receiving a huge backlash on social media.
