Soulja Boy has sent a message out to all his friends from a recorded jail phone call with his manager Mike Miami. The "Crank That" rapper says he will have "the biggest comeback of 2019".

On Sunday (Jun 3rd), Soulja Boy's manager released a phone call from jail, where Soulja let his fans know that his current predicament is a minor setback and he will have the biggest comeback of 2019.

The "Crank That" rapper has been in jail for almost two months following his sentencing for violating his probation. Soulja is currently serving 240 days in jail as well as 265 days of community service.

Soulja Boy's manager Miami Mike shared a video on Soulja Boy's Instagram of him sending a message to his fans.

The rapper began in typical Soulja style and said: "Reporting live from the L.A. County Jail. I'm just letting all my fans know I'm finna be home real, real soon," during a phone call with Miami Mike.

He continued: "The biggest comeback of 2019 continues. It's going down. The album on the way. The shoes on the way. The movie on the way."

The "Kiss Me Through The Phone" rapper thanked his fans who have been supporting him while he has been in jail.

The star said: "Shout out to all the fans that been writing me. I been reading all y'all letters. I appreciate it. I'm going on tour. Like I said, the biggest comeback of 2019," Soulja said.

He continued: "Jail? Jail? Come on, man. You know I do this. Shout out to everybody that's been holding me down, come to visit me, putting money on my books. I love all my fans, it ain't over. It's a minor setback for a major comeback."

Soulja Boy got arrested in April for several crimes. The rapper failed to finish his community service and got caught with ammunition at his house.

The Chicago rapper was eventually sentenced to 240 days in county jail.
