Rapper XXXTentacion's murder suspect Trayvon Newsome, believes he should be let of of jail pre-trial. Newsome's lawyer has requested for the judge to grant him bond.

One of the men accused of murdering the late rapper XXXTentacion is fighting to be let out of jail while he awaits trial. Trayvon Newsome, who is one of the murder suspects, lawyer is now demanding the judge grant his client bond.

According to a report from The Blast, Newsome's lawyer states, “defendant is presently being denied bond. Defendant is entitled to bond as a matter or right, unless proof is evidence and the presumption of guilt is great.”

The murder suspects lawyer believes Newsome is entitled to be released from jail before his trial. The lawyer is also requesting for the judge to set a hearing date.

Newsome got arrested on Aug 7th in 2018 and has been behind bars ever since. The murder suspect is currently being charged with first degree murder and robbery with a firearm.

The other men amongst Newsome, charged for the murder were Dedrick Williams, Michael Boatwright and Robert Allen.

The judges decision whether to grant Newsome bond or not has not been made.
