6ix9ine is free from prison...

Tekashi 6ix9ine has reportedly been released from prison early after paying a bail of $150,000.

The controversial ‘Gummo’ rapper, who had previously been denied bail by a New York judge, is now free from his Rikers Island cell after his lawyers reached an agreement with the court.

According to TMZ, 6ix9ine must surrender in Harris County, Texas, to also pay $5,000 bail there on Monday.

6ix9ine was arrested in New York City earlier this week for an outstanding warrant in Harris County, after the rapper allegedly choked a teenager in January 2018.

He was then reportedly moved to the contagious diseases area of Rikers Island jail to keep him safe and isolated from other prisoners.

The rapper was set to be held in prison until 20th July but is now officially free until his court hearing.

“Why my city do me like that?” he said during a very relieved Instagram Live.

“Shout out to my lawyers, shout out to these f*cking lawyers man! “Them n*ggas work quick as f*ck! I’m so happy to be home I can’t wait to see my baby, I can’t wait to see my daughter.”
