Following the success of Drake and Shiggy’s ‘In My Feelings’ dance challenge and Ciara’s ‘Level Up’ challenge, Ray J appears to have sparked the Ray J Hat challenge.
Based on a hilarious viral clip of the entertainer from Love And Hip Hop, the challenge features people moving hats on their head whilst in mid-conversation with somebody else.
The original clip saw Ray J’s hat move to around 6 different positions in one scene.
After the footage of Ray J and Safaree Samuels speaking to each other went viral, Ray J attempted to explain the reason behind his mysterious moving hat.
“This hat thing is a new twist to reality,” he told TMZ. “My hat and my head were trying to connect. My hat was trying to get comfortable but just couldn’t find its place on the couch right.”
Following the viral video, fans were quick to get involved in the latest social media challenge, making memes and videos.
