Lil Nas X has taken to Twitter to respond to the homophobic abuse he has received since revealing his sexuality.
Lil Nas X recently came out as a member of the LGBTQ+ community during Pride month. The rapper has taken to Twitter to show his fans he is unbothered by the homophobic comments he's received.
The "Old Town Road" rapper revealed that his rainbow coloured album artwork represents for the community he is apart of. Aswell as being apart of the hip-hop community, his sexuality has highlighted homophobia within the hip-hop culture.
The 20 year-old artist has received backlash after announcing his sexuality from rappers, such as 50 Cent and Boosie Badazz. He has also defended himself against online trolls who are being homophobic towards him.
However, Lil Nas X has defended himself in a way where he is trolling back the haters and giving them back the same sarcastic energy he is getting.
