In footage watermarked by the Southern District of New York and widely shared online, Teakshi 6ix9ine appears to be held up by two men with guns and forced to get into a car with them before his friend calls the police to report the kidnap.

Speaking in court, Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez claimed that in the video he was saying "I'm pleading with Harv. I'm telling him, 'Don't shoot. I gave you everything. I put money in your pocket.' I told him that I was tired of being extorted."

It's the first time footage of the alleged kidnap has been seen by the public and is yet another talking point in Tekashi 6ix9ine's dramatic trial which has already seen him 'expose' fellow rapper Trippie Redd as a gang member.
