Someone’s getting fired.

Beyoncé and Jay Z brought their On The Run II tour to Warsaw, Poland this weekend - but things didn’t go exactly according to plan.

Towards the end of their set on Saturday night (30th June), the floating stage that Bey and Jay perform on during the show appeared to malfunction, leaving Bey stranded on top of it.

The 'Crazy In Love' songstress looked around search of help as members of the production team huddled around to come to her aid.

After a step ladder was assembled against the stage, Bey carefully made her way down to safety as the crowd roared beneath her in encouragement.

The hit-making power couple recently dropped their surprise collaborative album 'EVERYTHING IS LOVE' under the name of their supergroup, The Carters.

Bey and Jay wrapped up the UK leg of their ongoing stadium tour last month before heading off on the rest for their European dates.

Their six-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, has been spotted attending a number of shows, including London's jam-packed performances.
