Hip-hop mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs has been accused of displaying "sexist" and "racist" behaviour by ex-Danity Kane member Aubrey O'day.

Diddy has been accused of being "sexist" and "racist" by former Danity Kane member Aubrey O'Day. The Ex On The Beach star has spoken out during a recent interview with Variety, she revealed how "scary" working with Diddy was.

O'Day has previously spoken out against Diddy's mistreatment several times accusing him of being harsh and very critical. However, in the new interview, she details things he would say demonstrating verbally abuse behaviour.

During a recent interview with Variety, Aubrey O'Day recounted some of the disturbing memories she had while working with Diddy. O'Day opened up on how her experience was with Diddy being her boss.

“Everything had to be perfect," she said. "I remember times where he looked at my toenails and was like, ‘What is your third toenail doing? Go get that sh– fixed before you walk into a room.’" O'Day recalls.

"Or we would be in rehearsals performing an hour-and-a-half set over and over and he would walk in for five minutes with a camera and say, ‘Aubrey, why are you sweating? You look like a wet dog. You’re the hot one, so do you think anyone wants to see that?’”.

She added “We were scared to death with what would happen with Puff each day,” she revealed.

The Danity Kane star then recounted moments where Diddy was 'sexist' and 'racist' towards her.

“There was just no room for error. Diddy was one of the most intense people you could ever work with. I experienced everything from race [remarks] to sexism and a lot of it was scary."

However, the star does think Diddy may be a different man to how he allegedly was back then.

She said "Diddy’s a father, so hopefully he’s learned things about the way that you handle women and has more compassion for women now,” she told Variety

O'Day recently threw shade at Diddy and told him to finish what he started, when the mogul posted a video revealing that he wants to revive "Making The Band".

Hopefully, the two come to sort out their past issues.
