DDG has tweeted for the first time since the story broke on Halle Bailey’s claims of physical abuse.
The Little Mermaid star has accused her baby daddy of abuse and controlling behaviour, claiming she fears for her and her son’s safety.

TMZ first reported on Halle getting a restraining order against her child’s father, DDG, in the early hours of Wednesday the 14th March.
The online personality was live on stream with fellow streamer Adin Ross when the news broke, and seemingly had nothing to say, until now.
Taking to his Twitter just minutes ago at the time of writing, DDG seemingly is claiming to be unscathed from the news.
DDG Tweeted:
Fans are certain that this response is referring directly to Halle and are split in their support for the rapper.
One fan said: “Don’t matter speak on the situation this not something you can ignore dude”
Another wrote: “we love you ddg nobody about to make you depressed”
DDG is now restricted from speaking directly about his ex, and son on stream, but with the promise of him returning to stream this evening, it is uncertain if he will speak on the claims further.
