Has Bebe Rexha Heard From Rihanna? | WWHL

Rexha revealed whether or not she'd heard from Rihanna since making the alleged remark.

Bebe Rexha has clarified her alleged comments about Rihanna's singing voice.

The 'Expectations' singer caused controversy among fans last year after reportedly telling fans at a concert that Rihanna “couldn’t sing the high notes” in 'Monster', the Eminem track which Bebe co-wrote and recorded backing vocals for.

During an appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen', the 28-year-old addressed the backlash she faced and claims that her words were taken out of context.

After revealing that she never heard from Rihanna after the incident, Rexha said, “Yeah because I did sing that part and somebody spun it out to being, ‘She said Rihanna can’t sing those high notes.' I’m like, ‘That’s so annoying’.

"You can’t say anything on the internet these days. Everybody takes everything to the extreme and blows it out of proportion. I say that people have nothing to do with their lives and they’re bored and just want to start drama. They’re called internet trolls and I don’t have time for that.”

Rexha, who performed with Eminem to perform the aforementioned song at Coachella Festival this year, confirmed that she's also yet to meet the 'Wild Thoughts' songstress.

“I’ve honestly never really met her,” she said. “I met Eminem just recently at Coachella. He flew me, my mom, and my dad out on a little private jet.

"We were scared to death because we’ve never done that before. But he was awesome and hopefully I’ll get to meet Rihanna.”

Rihanna is yet to respond to the situation.
