Chris Brown secretly attended Rihanna's 24th birthday party. However following his infamous physical assault in 2009, the R&B singer chose to keep a very low profile. According to TMZ, he refused to enter the party at Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills, until all workers and people who had taken pictures, had signed a non-disclosure agreement.
