Rapstress Cardi B takes to Instagram Live to address fans who claim she lied about her sexual harassment experience.
Cardi B has spoken out against trolls who claim that she's lying about her #MeToo experience. The 26 year-old rapstress appeared on Angie Martinez's WeTV show Untold Stories Of Hip Hop to discuss her experience with sexual abuse.
People magazine shared an exclusive clip of Cardi B's detailing a terrifying encounter she experienced during a magazine photoshoot.
In the clip, Cardi claimed that the photographer pulled out his penis during the session. She said she took the matter to the owner of the magazine, and nothing was done about it.
"He just looked at me like, 'So? And?' When I see the Me Too movement — there’s girls from the hood I know that went through the same type of treatment, like they make you feel like you got to do a certain type of thing for the most bulls**t. It happens, really, every day" Cardi said.
Shortly after fans received the news about Cardi being sexually harassed, the rapper hopped on Instagram Live to share why she could never be sexually assaulted.
She also clapped back at trolls who accused her of lying about her sexual harassment experience for sympathy.
"I feel like nobody could sexually assault me because I always carry something on me and I will f**kin' kill a n**ga," she said. Cardi went on to address the topic of misogynistic men.
"You can ask every stripper, every bartender in New York how these n***as be doin'. So before you call me a lie, b**ch, motherf**kin' find out the real facts, a**hole," she said.
