Krept & Konan (On Air) on Capital XTRA, September 2019 - T&Cs

1) The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) which can be found at ‘http://www.capitalxtra.com/competition-terms-and-conditions/’ apply to the ‘Krept & Konan (On Air)’radio competition ("the Competition") which will run between Monday 23rd – Friday 27th September (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Capital XTRA.
2) Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition
3) To enter the competition, an Entrant must identify and text in when they hear the song as directed on-air by the presenter(s).
4) The song as directed on-air by the presenter(s) must all be played on-air in full.
5) Send a text message with the word “WIN” to 61236 (the “Text Message Line”). The Text System will not recognise any other format of the keyword.
6) Listeners must text in during the length of the song. If listeners text after the end of the song, they will not be entered but may still be charged. Global Radio is not responsible for any latency experienced by your mobile phone network, which may delay the delivery of your text message to us.
7) For the avoidance of doubt, entrants can text in at any time during the song to be entered into the draw for the prize that round.
8) Once the text lines have closed, one winner will be selected at random from all the correct entries and called back. A call will be recorded with the winner and may be played out on air.
9) All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and may be played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
Eligibility
10) Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
11) Multiple entries are not permitted.
Prize
12) There are 5x Prizes in total; 1x prize per round. The prize is a pair of tickets to see Krept & Konan at the winner’s choice of one of the following venues:
- Nottingham (Rock City) – 25th November 2019
- Manchester (O2 Victoria Warehouse) – 28th November 2019
- Leeds (Stylus) – 29th November 2019
- Birmingham (O2 Academy) – 30th November 2019
- Bristol (O2 Academy) – 2nd December 2019
- London (The O2) – 5th December 2019
13) Each winner (5 in total) will receive 1x pair of general admission (standing) tickets to see Krept & Konan at one of the above venues. A Capital XTRA representative will be in touch to inform winners how tickets will be distributed.
14) Global Radio reserves the right to substitute any part of the prize at any time and there is no cash alternative.
15) Travel and accommodation is not included in the prize.
16) Each venue reserves the right to exercise their door policy for which Global Radio is not responsible.
