This week’s new music releases were dominated by The Weeknd’s latest album ‘Starboy’.

The Canadian crooner, who released a series of new singles over recent weeks, has finally delivered a full project for fans to listen to. 

Ray J released a controversial Kim Kardashian diss track ‘Famous’, while there has also been new music from Fetty Wap, YG and Ja Rule, who teamed up with Ashanti for a new song.

The Weeknd – ‘Starboy’ (Album)

After releasing four singles, The Weeknd finally unleashed his new album 'Starboy'. The Canadian singer is back with his own unique brand of  R&B, featuring appearances from Future, Kendrick Lamar and Lana Del Rey.
 

Ray J Feat. Chris Brown – ‘Famous’

On the same day Kanye West was admitted to hospital for psychiatric evaluation, Ray J and Chris Brown dropped a diss track aimed at Kanye and Kim Kardashian. This is harsh!

YG initially expressed his anger at his record label Def Jam, after his project 'Red Friday' was actually released on Thursday! But the Compton rapper seemed happier when he was able to officially release his new 8-song project on the correct day.
