Paddy sat down with Shayna Marie and Robert Bruce this week to discuss his upcoming fights and his reaction to his hometown club, Liverpool FC, winning the Premier League on the 27th April.

He is a huge Liverpool fan, always being the first to shout the team’s successes from the rooftops, even saying previously that one of his dreams is to have a world-championship fight in his very own club’s stadium, Anfield.

However, for the teams’ first Premier league win in 4 years, he wasn’t doing what you would expect him to.

When Robert asked the UFC fighter how he celebrated, Paddy had a surprising answer.

Paddy revealed that in fact he “didn’t get to celebrate it much’ because he was in another continent!

The fighter has recently had two baby girl identical twins, Leo and Penelope, who he adores, and it is clear he is a very loving father.

Paddy said: “I was on holiday with the babies.”

Although he also mentioned that having 1-year-old twins meant there was no time for anything else!

So the only thing that can top his love for UFC and Liverpool, are his twin girls!

Paddy did however get to celebrate the Premier league cup being lifted later on, in the famous Anfield stadium, on 26th May.
