RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at https://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/(the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘NBA London Game (On-Air)’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 7thJanuary 2019 to 11thJanuary 2019 on Capital XTRA (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition
To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the key word given out on air to text number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air
From all correct entries received 1 entrant will be selected at random and brought to air to be awarded their prize.
Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed. All Entrants selected to be brought to air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random. This process will continue until a caller is selected on each day of the competition.
Prize
Each day of the promotion, one winner will win:
A pair of tickets to NBA London Game on 17thJanuary at O2 Arena
A pair of tickets to the NBA London Game after party
An NBA Goody bag containing an NBA London Game t-shirt.
Additional Prize Terms & Conditions
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion. The promoter and its respective advertising and promotional agencies and the NBA Entities assume no liability for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages which may be sustained by participating in the Contest.
Furthermore, the Sponsor and its respective advertising and promotional agencies, the NBA Entities and the Prizing Suppliers assume no liability for any additional aspects of the contest.By entering the contest and accepting a prize, the winner hereby consents to the reasonable use by the NBA Entities of the winner's photograph, voice, likeness and/or image, contents of the entry form and the name and age of the winner without any further compensation for any future promotional activity.
