Kai Cenat launched a streaming phenomenon, an in-person academy for some of the most popular streamers, including the likes of DDG, Ray and Duke Dennis.

The weekend special commenced on the 22nd May, finishing on the 25th May, and involved four solid days of streaming with over 120 ‘students’ taking part.

The streamer allowed ‘big or small’ creators the opportunity to take part, taking over the college campus of Akron University in Ohio.

So with all of the success of the Streamer University, will it happen again?

Will there be another Streamer University?

There has not been an announcement from Kai concerning a next one just yet, but there has definitely been an acknowledgment of how successful the weekend was for everyone involved.

There is so much hype around the series, that before it even begun the streaming star was offered contracts by Netflix and Amazon Prime, for them to broadcast the streams.

Kai turned other platforms down to keep the idea as authentic as possible, he said: “With an idea like this, that is that original, you’ve ‘gotta keep it where it’s at.”

The streamer also revealed he owns the intellectual property to Streamer University, suggesting he does have the intention to keep creating under the title, which has made fans happy.

In a stream on the 26th March, Kai said: “I do not know if I’m gonna do this s**t again”.

However, he admitted the support has been overwhelming and because he owns the rights to the idea, nobody else can copy it.

So whilst it remains uncertain if the show will ever see the light of day again, fans can rest assured that nobody else will be making it, and it will remain a Kai Cenat project.
