RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found https://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘VIBE by Jet2holidays Capital XTRA Drive’ radio competition (the “Competition" or “Capital XTRA Drive Competition”) which will run from Monday 27th January 2020 – Friday 31st January 2020 on Capital XTRA Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

DETAILS OF THE COMPETITION:
3.    On Monday 27th January 2020- Friday 31st January 2020: To enter the competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword and answer to the multiple choice question stated on air to the text number given out on air (the “Text Message Line”) within the opening times of the Text Message Line.
4.    Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air during the 4pm-7pm Capital XTRA Drive show on Monday 27th January 2020- Friday 31st January 2020.
5.    There will be one competition round per day from Monday 27th January 2020 to Friday 31st January 2020 (five competition rounds in total) during the in-play week.
6.    One Entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries and brought to air where they will automatically win and be awarded the ‘Trip’ element of the prize.
7.    Once on air, the Presenter will then give the Winner the opportunity to win additional experiences to add to their prize by answering 2 additional questions. Each question will represent a different experience outlined by the Presenter.
8.    The Winner will get one chance to answer each of the two questions correctly and win the corresponding experience. If they get question one incorrect then they will not win that experience, but they will still have the opportunity to answer question two and win the experience to add to the ‘Trip’ element of the prize.
9.    In cases of ambiguity, what qualifies as a correct response is at the absolute discretion of the show Presenter and/ or Producer. The Presenter and/ or Producer’s decision is final. Capital XTRA cannot accept responsibility for an Entrants’ poor line quality preventing them from being heard clearly by the presenter.
10.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

ELIGIBILITY:
11.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
12.    Entrants must be a UK resident.
13.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries per day will be excluded from the Competition.
14.    Employees and officers of Jet2holidays, Jet2.com Limited ("Jet2.com"), Fowler Welch-Coolchain Limited, Dart Group plc or any organization professionally involved with the prize draw, or their close relatives, are not eligible to enter.
15.    Entrants can only win one prize across the Capital XTRA Drive competition.



PRIZES:
MONDAY 27TH JANUARY 2020 ‘Trip’ Prize:
16.    There will be one winner who will win a 7 night holiday, on an All Inclusive basis in a One Bedroom apartment with Pool View at the 3 star Club B by BH Mallorca Hotel in Magalluf, Majorca Majorca for 2 adults aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.  
17.    £500 spending money


Question 1 Prize-  Experience 1:
18.    Two Gringos Bingo Tickets.
19.    Entry to Gringos Bingo will only be permitted to those aged 18 or over.
20.    All tickets are subject to availability at the time of request.
Question 2 prize- Experience 2*:
21.    Two VIP BCM Tickets.
22.    The BCM Tickets include a branded bottle of spirit (vodka, whisky, rum or gin) at the brand new, fully refurbished BCM Superclub. Entry to BCM will only be permitted to those aged 21 or over* and a dress code applies.
23.    The right of admission to BCM is reserved by BCM.
*If the winner of this prize is aged under 21 years old, Jet2Holidays will endeavour to substitute this experience for another more suitable.

TUESDAY 28TH JANUARY 2020 ‘Trip’ Prize
24.    There will be one winner who will win a 7 night holiday, on a Bed & Breakfast basis in an Inside room at the 4 star Innside by Melia Fuerteventura in Costa Calma, Fuerteventura for 2 adults aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.  
25.    £500 spending money

Question 1 Prize-  Experience 1:
26.    Freebird Lobos Catamaran experience for two
27.    The Catamaran only operates on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Question 2 prize- Experience 2:
28.    Jeep and Beach Safari Cofete experience for two
29.    The  Jeep and Beach Safari Cofete prize is operated every day of the week except Sundays.  

WEDNESDAY 29TH JANUARY 2020 ‘Trip’ Prize
30.    There will be one winner who will win a 7 night holiday on a Bed & Breakfast basis in a Junior suite at the 4 star Sol Wave House All Suites in Magalluf, Majorca for 2 adults aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.  
31.    £500 spending money

Question 1 Prize-  Experience 1:
32.    Bali beds for two for one day.
33.     The Bali Beds prize includes pre booked Bali beds at the hotel for added indulgence and they are provided by Jet2holidays.
Question 2 prize- Experience 2:
34.    The Ultimate in-flight experience for two.
35.    The  Ultimate in-flight experience is provided by Jet2holidays and includes pre-booked seats, meals onboard and a free bottle of champagne.


THURSDAY 30TH JANUARY 2020 ‘Trip’ Prize
36.    There will be one winner who will win a 7 night holiday on a Bed & Breakfast basis in an Aura room at the 5 star ME Ibiza in Santa Eulalia, Ibiza for 2 adults aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.  
37.    £500 spending money

Question 1 Prize-  Experience 1:
38.    2x VIP tickets at cafe Mambos
39.    The VIP at Café Mambos prize includes VIP Tickets to the legendary venue café mambos, a sunset pre-party bar and restaurant that has been at the forefront of the music scene in Ibiza since it opened.

41.    Includes a luxury boat experience on the West Coast of San Antonio.


FRIDAY 31ST JANUARY 2020 ‘Trip’ Prize
42.    There will be one winner who will win a 7 night holiday on an All Inclusive basis in an Island suite with Beach View at the 4 star BH Mallorca in Magaluff, Majorca for 2 adults aged 18 years or over on the date of departure.

83.    The prize and dates are subject to flight and hotel availability at the time of request and may only be taken during the timeframes specified in the individual prize terms. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

84.    The prize is subject to the Jet2holidays and Jet2.com general terms and conditions which can be found at www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and conditions and www.jet2.com/terms respectively.  In the event of any conflict, these Holiday Prize Draw Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

85.    Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to offer alternative dates/destinations of equal or greater value.  Jet2holidays also reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes for another similar prize, at its discretion.

86.    All prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. All prizes must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18 on the date of departure) along with their selected travel companions (who must also be over the age of 18 on the date of departure) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details and the additional prizes which are included as part of the holiday prizes must also be taken by the prize winner and their companion(s), within the duration of the holiday. Flights must be taken at the same time from the same airport.

87.    It is your responsibility to ensure you and your party read and comply with all terms, instructions, rules and notices displayed at an excursion/experience carefully. There are certain excursions/experiences or attractions where for safety reasons, restrictions such as ability, age, weight and height may apply. Please ensure you have read any terms and conditions and any safety notices carefully. For your own safety, we advise you to comply with the restrictions.  It is your responsibility to declare any health issues that may prevent you or any party member from participating in an excursion/experience or that may cause a potential risk to yourselves or others. Please be aware that some excursions /experiences do carry an element of risk and it is your responsibility to ensure that the excursion/experience is suitable for you and/or your party and that you are fit enough to join in. We urge you to check that you have suitable and valid insurance for your excursion/experience.  All our customers are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and acceptable manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others.  We cannot be held responsible for the actions or behaviour of other tour members, guests or individuals who have no connection with your booking arrangements or with us.  All excursions/experiences are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.

88.    Any optional purchases or supplements are extra and are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions and any applicable charges must be paid for by the winner at the time of booking for all the travelling party.   

89.    The prize duration cannot be extended, and the hotel and/or room type will not be changed by the winner. Any additional passengers booked will be charged at normal rates for additional flights and rooms. Please note, once you have made a booking you cannot amend the travel dates.

90.    Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for administrative reasons without prior notice. Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed. Flights to certain destinations are only available on certain days.

91.    This prize includes 1 free item of checked baggage per person up to 22kg and airport transfers to and from the hotel. Provided that the winner lives within the UK, if a winner doesn’t live within a reasonable radius to the airport (60 miles) then Jet2holidays will arrange transport for the winner to get to the airport (this may include any form of transport such as train, coach, bus or taxi, to be selected at Jet2holidays discretion).

92.    Travel insurance and spending money is provided by Global.

93.    All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements.

94.    Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or the prizes, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.  

95.    These terms are subject to English Law and by submitting an entry, Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

96.    Entrants’ details will be used to administer the competition.

97.    Please allow up to 28 days from point of contact to receive your cheque.

98.    Global is the promoter of this Competition.

99.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
