Capital Xtra Brunch n’ Beats with EE PAYG on Capital Xtra, July/August 2017
RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Capital Xtra Brunch n Beats with EE PAYG’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 24th July 2017 to 12th August 2017 on Capital Xtra (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter, entrants must Send a text message with the Keyword “BRUNCH” and their answer to 61236 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air on each day of the competition.
4. From all valid entries one winner will be selected at random and awarded their prize.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, entrants can text at any point between the opening and closing of the text lines. Once text lines have closed and a winner is drawn they will re-open again for the next competition round and entrants would need to re-enter to participate.
6. All entrants may be required to talk to the presenters and a call may be recorded and played out on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone, are driving, or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants and their guests must be aged 18 or over with valid photo ID
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. x4 VIP Tickets to the Capital Xtra Brunch n’ Beats event at Croydon Box Park on 12th August inclusive of food and drinks up to the total value of £200.
Prize Terms and Conditions:
• Each VIP ticket holder will receive drinks tokens to the total value of £25.00 and x2 Food vouchers each, to the total value of £12.50
• Vouchers are to be used at the vendors available and are non-transferable
• Some drink brands may not be included.
• Each winner and their guests must be able to show valid Photo ID if requested by vendors at any time during the day
10. Winner and their party must not re-sell or transfer (or seek to re-sell or transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms
11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
