Ever since Lethal Bizzle's latest single 'Fester Skank' made its debut everyone's been trying to master the latest dance craze.
But it's not as easy as it looks, at least it wasn't when Toni and Abrantee gave the 'Fester Skank' a go in the studio (check the video out below).
So Toni gave the 'Rari Workout' rapper a call and got him to come down to the Capital XTRA studio to teach her some moves.
Top tips picked up by Bizzle are; 1) Pretend someone split ice down your back. 2) Pretend you're doing the limbo and 3) Don't really go for it until you hear the "Dench!"
