The Internet has won.

Actor Alfonso Ribeiro, better known as Carlton Banks from The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air, has taken to Instagram to teach Snoop Dogg how to do his iconic dance.

Although Snoop isn't the first big name to be taught the signature 90's dance, his attempt is definitely among the best.

"You can teach an old dog a new trick if he’s willing to listen," said Snoop.

Ribiero has previously revealed that the inspiration for his ‘Carlton Dance’ actually has a strange origin.

"It was never even intended to be funny; it was just that he was dancing," he told Variety.

"The dance is ultimately Courteney Cox in the Bruce Springsteen video 'Dancing in the Dark' - that’s the basis.”

“Or in Eddie Murphy’s "Delirious" video, The White Man Dance as he called it. And I said, ‘That is the corniest dance on the planet that I know of, so why don’t I do that?”
