Watch Drake Give Hilarious VMA Acceptance Speech At His Boston Concert

Better late than never, Dizzy.

As he's been busy on the 'Lil Wayne Vs Drake Tour', Drake was unable to attend the VMA's on the weekend to accept his award for 'Best Hip Hop Song' for his 'Hold On, We're Going Home.'

Instead, Dizzy decided to make his acceptance speech during the Boston stop of his tour, with Lil' Wayne presenting.

The former-actor gave a hilarious speech that started out with the usual 'thank you' messages to everyone, and ended with him admitting to his haters - in true Drizzy style - that the winning track isn't actually a hip-hop song.

"I know this is a hip-hop award and I know a lot of you out there are frustrated like this is not a hip-hop song" he said.

"And you know what, you're right. I tricked you all. Rappers, better luck next year".
