2. Why did The Weeknd boycott the Grammys?
After being snubbed by the Recording Academy in 2020, The Weeknd called the organisation 'corrupt'. The singer failed to receive a single nomination despite the mammoth success of his album 'After Hours' and its hit singles, including the record-breaking 'Blinding Lights'.
