Hugh Jackman, LL Cool J And T.I. Rapping At The Tony Awards Happened And It's Historic

10 June 2014, 09:53

Watch the moment the Hollywood actor introduced the two rappers on stage.

Hugh Jackman hosted this year's Tony Awards at the weekend and, in between introducing some of the biggest names on Broadway, the Hollywood actor somehow managed to deliver this unexpected performance with LL Cool J and T.I.

Yes, we did say LL Cool J and T.I.

Just in case you're wondering why, Hugh was talking about the 1950s musical The Music Man when he suddenly started to rap the opening number 'Rock Island' before introducing the two rappers on stage.

The performance got a mix reaction on social media, but as LL pointed out, it was a history moment.

If you missed Hugh Jackman when he stopped by Capital XTRA In The Morning with Kojo & Jade recently, you need to watch it.
