Following her epic performance at London's Wireless Festival, Ciara stopped by the Capital XTRA studio to catch up with Manny Norté on The Norté Show.

The 'Jackie' singer opened up about what it was like writing emotional break-up song 'I Bet,' following her split with the father of her child, Future.

"It was important for me that people get to know me," Ciara told Manny. "I want to talk about things that are real not only to me but are real to people."

'I bet' was one of those songs that was inspired by my real life experiences... Songs like that, it's like writing a journal entry. It allows you to release, it allows you to heal, it allows you to grow."
