South West Four Festival – Breakfast & Drive Competition on Capital XTRA, August 2019

RULES

· The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘South West Four Festival)’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 19th – 23rd August on Capital XTRA UK (the “Radio Station”).

· Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition

· To enter the Competition an Entrant must:· Send a text message to the text number [‘Text Message Line’] given out on air [the ‘text number’] by the presenter. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

· One entrant will be selected at random from all text entries received, and name-checked on air as the winner if they are correct.

Eligibility

· Winners and their guests need to be aged 18 & over· ID will be required for entry into the event

· Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize

· There will be 2 x winners of a pair of Weekend VIP tickets for South West Four Festival on 24th & 25th August at Clapham Common each day, except Friday 23rd, where there will be 1 x winner.

· Entrants must provide valid contact details.

· Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
