I Saw It First on Capital XTRA, October 2019

RULES

  1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘[I Saw It First’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 21.10.19 to 08.11.19 on Capital XTRA (the “Radio Station”).
  2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

  1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalxtra.com/win, answer a question and register their details.
  2. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 21.10.19 and close at 23:59 on 08.11.19.
  3. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received by closing time. The winner will be contacted by telephone by a Global member of staff within 30 working days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

  1. Entrants must be over 18 to enter.
  2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

One winner will receive:

2 x £500 voucher codes, to spend on isawitfirst.com, which is a total prize value of £1000.

Prize Terms and conditions:

  1. The voucher codes will be emailed to the prize winner within 30 days of them being notified they are winners. 
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, Global will not be held responsible for the I Saw it First Social campaign which will run from the 21st October to the 31st October 2019. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
