eBay – Christmas- Capital & Capital XTRA - December 2019 

RULES 

· The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘eBay Christmas’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Tuesday 3rd December 2019 to Sunday 22nd December on Capital FM & Capital XTRA Networks (the “Radio Station”). 

· Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition: 

· To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. 

· Online entry will open at 00:00 on Tuesday 3rd December 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 22nd December 2019

· Entrants must go online, select one prize from each of the four tiered boxes and complete the entry form to be entered into the Competition draw. 

· From all valid entries received, one winner will be selected at random and notified of their win by call or email within 28 days of the closing date.

Eligibility: 

· Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to enter. 

· Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize: 

· The winner will receive the prize bundle as submitted online at the point of entry which will consist of 1 items from each of the tiers;

· TBC 

· Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
