It took three attempts for the unlucky customer to reach Jenner's company.
Kylie Jenner has come under fire once again after one of her customers found live ants crawling inside her Kylie Cosmetics package.
Upon opening her Kylie Cosmetics "Birthday" makeup kit, Em Venditte was horrified to find hoards of tiny bugs and particles of food inside her delivery.
"I've reached out three times to Kylie Cosmetics with this issue," Vendiette said in an Instagram post.
"I received this package on August 21st and noticed a bunch of ants inside and outside the package with weird food particles inside."
Em went on to describe how, despite telling her they would send her a new package within a week, the company ultimately failed to respond to her complaint.
On her third attempt, the infuriated customer took to social media in an effort to get the attention of Kylie Cosmetics by posting a video on Instagram of the creepy crawlies in action.
"Astonished by their awful customer service," Em added underneath the footage.
Third time reaching out to @kyliecosmetics with this issue. I received this package on August 21st and noticed a bunch of ants inside and outside the package with weird food particles inside. I emailed them with these videos that same day and they claimed (on August 22nd) they would send a new package between 7-10 days it has now been 20 days. I have received nothing and reached out again and have not received any response. Fortunately for Venditte, the power of social media worked in her favour as Kylie Cosmetics sent an email in response to her complaint promising to rectify the issue.
The customer service teamed pledges to sent Em a brand new makeup kit with an additional apology gift from the company.
Kylie is yet to publicly respond to the issue.
Meanwhile, the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan was recently targeted by Internet trolls following the release of Rihanna's new makeup line, Fenty Beauty.
