Now, reports have claimed that court documents revealed the 'Paranoid' rapper could have his record wiped clean based on one condition...that he stays clean for 13 weeks.
According to TMZ, 'Atlanta prosecutors struck a deal last week with the rapper: he'll enter an online drug prevention program, and lay off weed and Rx drugs ... then all charges -- 2 felonies and a misdemeanor -- will vanish.'
According to the reports, Ty Dolla Sign will face random drug tests to ensure he's staying clean whilst the average time it takes to complete Georgia's 'Second Chance Program' is 13 weeks.
Neither Ty Dolla Sign nor his lawyer Steve Sadow have spoken out on the apparent deal, but it looks as though Ty could have all charges dropped in the very near future.
