And it appears Khloe's followers aren't happy with the Cleveland Cavaliers player, 28, after he dropped a flirtatious comment on the reality star's latest selfie.
Khloe, 35, uploaded a pouty selfie to Instagram this week, paying homage to her Armenian heritage by captioning it, "The Armenian Coat Of Arms around my neck."
It wasn't long before Tristan, who shares one-year-old daughter True with Khloe, jumped in the comments by dropping heart-eye and love-heart emojis.
However, Khloe's followers were left unimpressed by Thompson's loved-up message in light of his past with Khloe - the sportsman has been accused of cheating multiple times, most famously towards the end of her pregnancy with True, and with Kylie Jenner's ex-BFF Jordyn Woods.
"lmaooooo why is he not blocked? That's clownery," wrote one, while another added, "bruh she don't want you." One said, "steady on son," with another adding, "boy if you don't get."
Khloe is yet to respond to Tristan's comment.
