Tokyo Toni has released an emotional tribute.

Blac Chyna’s mum Tokyo Toni has dedicated a song to her newborn granddaughter Dream Kardashian.

Toni, who featured in Blac Chyna’s epic bedside #MannequinChallenge, has teamed up with a friend for a heartfelt video message.

“I’m gonna be here for you Dream, for as long as I live,” she says.
