Sherif Lanre has broken his silence on Instagram just hours after Love Island announced he had been removed from the villa due to "poor judgement" and "breaking the villa rules."
Love Island contestant Sherif Lanre has posted on Instagram for the first time since being kicked out of the Spanish villa for breaking the show's rules.
The 20-year-old rugby player was removed from the show, ITV announced today, due to "poor judgement" and not "conducting himself in the right way."

While the exact reason behind Sherif's departure is yet to be confirmed, the former Love Island hopeful has already appeared to hint at his potential plans following his exit.
"Looks like Makarska's back on the menu boys," reads a meme posted on his official Instagram story, alongside a report detailing his shock departure.
Makarska is a popular holiday destination on Croatia’s Dalmatian coast, and is known for its beaches and bustling nightlife. Could Sherif be jetting off to another summer hotspot with his mates on a lads holiday?
In their initial statement, a Love Island spokesperson said: “After breaking the villa rules Sherif had conversations with the producers and it was mutually agreed that he would leave the Love Island villa.”
Sherif was quoted as saying: “In a case of poor judgement, I broke the villa rules and as a result agreed with the producers that it was best for me to leave the villa.
"I regret that I didn’t conduct myself in the right way and, as a 20 year old guy, it’s something I know I will take on board and learn from."
"I really enjoyed my time in the villa and look forward to catching up with everyone on the outside.”
During his time on the show, Sherif coupled up with 28-year-old pharmacist Anna Vakili, after initially choosing to partner with 21-year-old Amber Gill.
