The Weeknd also performed 'Starboy'!

Drake and The Weeknd were big winners at this year’s MTV EMAs, picking up ‘Best Hip Hop’ & ‘Best Video’ respectively.

The Weeknd had initially been the subject of controversy after his ‘Starboy’ video was nominated before it was even released.

However the Canadian was successful on the night and even performed his comeback single live at the awards.
