The shares plummeted dramatically after Kylie sent a message to her 24.5 million followers.
Kylie Jenner has responded after she reportedly wiped over $1.3 billion dollars from the value of Snapchat’s parent company, Snap Inc.
The 20-year-old reality star, who recently welcomed new baby Stormi Webster, asked her 24.5 million Twitter followers the following question:
“Soo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me…”
sooo does anyone else not open Snapchat anymore? Or is it just me... ugh this is so sad.

Kylie Jenner’s relatable question follows the huge backlash that faced Snapchat after their latest update to the app’s interface.
When Wall Street opened on Thursday morning, Snap Inc was worth around $18.50 a share but then fell to just over $17 a share by 2pm.
She later appeared to soften the blow with another tweet:
"Still love you tho snap," she wrote. "My first love".
still love you tho snap ... my first love

According to reports, over 1.2 million people have signed an online petition via Change.org, demanding that Snapchat revert back to its previous version.
Snapchat have responded to the petition with the following statement:
“We hear you, and appreciate that you took the time to let us know how you feel. We completely understand the new Snapchat has felt uncomfortable for many.
"By putting everything from your friends in one place, our goal was to make it easier to connect with the people you care about most.
"The new Friends page will adapt to you and get smarter over time, reflecting who you're most likely to be Snapping with at that moment."
