The starlet was branded "ridiculous" by angry Twitter users.
Kylie Jenner has responded to the backlash she faced on social media after the release of her new makeup brushes.
The 20-year-old beauty mogul - who is reportedly pregnant - teased the release last Friday and revealed the sleek silver packaging of the "luxury brushes".
However, fans were less than impressed by the premium $360 price tag of the new tools, and soon bombarded social media in outrage.
goodnight to everyone except kylie jenner and anyone who bought her $360 brushes bc that's utter Nonsense

Kylie Jenner smoking gorilla dick and gargling orangutan balls to think it’s ever okay to price some makeup brushes at $360. Is she tryna make her consumers poorer? Bitch you already got money. Your goal should be to make shit as affordable as possible.

Honestly, fuck you @KylieJenner. You’re knowingly scamming teenage girls [parents] out of money. If you’re going to charge this for brushes they need to be about 10x better quality and you need to be able to buy them in stores. If you had ever worked a day in your life...

Bitch these brushes better magically do my fucking make-up too! Sick of your shit Kylie Jenner. https://t.co/2jNFB0bBPo

However, it wasn't just the price tag that customers had an issue with.
Fans were also left furious at the fact that the brushes are made with goat hair rather than synthetic materials, despite Kylie Cosmetics calling itself a "cruelty free" brand.
Don’t buy from Kylie’s makeup line or any brand of hers. She used REAL ANIMAL FUR for these brushes. Buying ANYTHING from her line is supporting animal cruelty. Don’t support Kylie Jenner or any of her sisters if I’m being honest here they can all suck my ass

If Kylie Jenner & her cosmetics weren’t trash enough her new rip off brushes are made with ANIMAL HAIR pic.twitter.com/sX2vv5jdyf

Kylie Jenner is wilding if she thinks $300+ is a fair price for a brush set. “Real is better than synthetic.” Honey i have some great synthetic brushes that i swear by and sleep soundly knowing no animal has been murdered to create them.

Following the backlash, Jenner took to Twitter in attempts to justify the pricing behind the new brushes, as well as her choice to use real hair.
"I have developed for you guys the most amazing luxury brushes ever," she wrote. "I am very excited! Real brushes don't compare to synthetic brushes. Different performance/quality/everything."
The starlet continued: "I am 100% down to do an entire synthetic line in the future which will ultimately be cheaper."

In further efforts to defend herself, Kylie shared screenshots of competitors brush sets and compared the prices, some of which were asking for a similar price to hers.
"I always fight for the lowest price on all my products," she wrote, "Here are some other real brush lines for reference."

"But i hear you guys, love you guys and truly just want the best," concluded the reality TV star.
Meanwhile, people are speculating that Kylie is set to reveal her pregnancy in a huge way with her family over Christmas.
