Kanye West ‘Cancels’ Kim Kardashian’s Lavish Birthday Party After Paris Robbery

Kanye West has reportedly cancelled Kim Kardashian’s extravagant 36th birthday party amid security fears.
A source has revealed that the rapper had planned a lavish 20’s themed bash for the reality star, but is now planning something more low-key following Kim’s traumatic robbery in Paris.
“Kanye is devastated he has to cancel – but his family’s security comes first," the source told The Sun Online.
The reports do claim, however, that Yeezy is treating his wife to a £40,000 pair of Ruby Lorraine Schwartz drop earrings, that he personally helped design.
Although expensive, the earrings are a pinch of the price of Kim's eye-watering £3.5m engagement ring.
“He had gone all out for Kim’s birthday and it was going to be an all expenses spared event with champagne and canapés.
“Now they will do something very low-key instead. He’s made sure he will still spoil her with the stunning one of a kind earrings though – as he doesn’t cut corners when it comes to his missus.”
The star-studded do was invitation-only, with guests including Kim’s best friends Larsa Pippen, Ciara and Kelly Rowland, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters, and family members Blac Chyna and Caitlyn Jenner.
On Kim's recovery, mother Kris Jenner has advised her daughter: "One day at a time. It's a process."
Younger sister Khloe also confessed that the family need to be "more aware of their surroundings" and "respect Kim's privacy", calling the incident a "wake-up call".
