The rapper will not be heading to the UK this summer!
Cardi B has announced that she will no longer be performing at Wireless Festival 2018 after her pregnancy announcement this weekend.
The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper, who surprised fans with her baby bump during SNL, will not be hitting the stage at London’s Finsbury Park on Sunday 8th July as previously announced.
Although Cardi is yet to release an official statement, Wireless Festival broke the disappointing news on Instagram.
However interestingly, festival organisers have revealed that they plan to make another line-up announcement on Thursday – hinting that they will reveal her replacement.
“Huge news over the weekend,” they wrote. “Congratulations to Cardi B! Unfortunately this means she won't be performing at Wireless this year. Next announcement coming Thursday!”
Other artists confirmed to perform across Wireless Festival weekend, from 6th July to 8th July, include J. Cole, Stormzy, DJ Khaled, Giggs and more.
Meanwhile, Cardi B released her debut album ‘Invasion Of Privacy’, featuring 21 Savage, Migos, Chance The Rapper and more.
Her sister Hennessey Carolina may have also accidentally revealed the sex of Cardi B’s baby in a now-altered Instagram post.
