The chart-topper gets honest about her past...
Cardi B has previewed a brand new, untitled track in the wake of her record-breaking chart win.
A possible follow-up to her number one single 'Bodak Yellow', the Bronx rapper teased an autobiographical song on Instagram Live this week.
Cardi can be heard reflecting on her past as an exotic dancer, before spitting bars about remaining authentic and true to herself.
"Used to dance at a club right across from my school," she raps. "I said dance, not f**k, don’t get it confused / Had to set the record straight, ’cause b****es love to assume."
"Started speaking my mind and tripled my views," she raps. "Real b**ch, only thing fake is the boobs / Get money, go hard, motherf***in’ right / Never been a fraud in my motherf***in’ life."
While the hitmaker's debut album is rumoured to be dropping in November, it is unclear whether this track will make it onto the record.
Meanwhile, the rapper faced criticism from fellow female rapper Azealia Banks who called her a "poor man's Nicki Minaj".
In ironic retaliation, Cardi leaked a video of the '212' star dancing and miming energetically to 'Bodak Yellow' in the club.
