15. Double 99 - 'Rip Groove'
Double 99's 'RIP Groove' interestingly sampled another one hit wonder on the list - Tina Moore's 1995 song 'Never Gonna Let You Go' - it was considered one of the first and biggest authentic UK Garage tracks. The two artists reunited for a London gig in 2012, their first in 10 years and released a new CD which marks definitive points in garage's history including Tim Deluxe's solo endeavours, under their own label Ice Cream Records.
