12. J Cole makes sure that kids going back to school have all the equipment they need.
J Cole tried to make sure every kid in his hometown of Fayetteville, N.C, had all the equipment they needed to go back to school by asking them to bring their school supply list down to the local arena where he was giving out backpacks, notebooks, paper and pens. "It's always the worst to be at school on the first day and not have what you need. We want to give kids confidence and help them be prepared for the school year," J. Cole said to the Fayetteville Observer.
