Lauryn Hill and Pras Michel of the Fugees met while studying at Columbia High School in South Orange, New Jersey and soon began rapping together. They later joined forces with Pras' cousin, Wyclef Jean and went onto release their debut album in 1993 called 'Blunted on Reality'.
