Stormzy is set to make his TV debut.
Stormzy is set to appear on appear as a guest judge on this year’s The X Factor.
The Grime star, who was recently nominated for a Mercury Music Prize, will reportedly head to South Africa to assist Nicole Scherzinger in choosing which performers will be picked for the live shows.
"Stormzy is the man of the moment and will also make great telly,” a source told The Sun.
"He speaks straight from the heart and won't pull any punches. Simon is looking forward to seeing his onscreen chemistry with Nicole."
Stormzy previously worked with Simon Cowell on the charity single for Grenfell Tower earlier this year and appears to be extending their business relationship.
The judges houses’ section of the ITV show, involves narrowing down the number of contestants and flying them around the world to compete for their place in the coveted live finals.
Meanwhile, Stormzy also recently received the Best Solo Artist Prize at this year’s GQ Awards.
The ‘Big For Your Boots’ rapper used his acceptance speech to call Prime Minister Theresa May a “paigon” live on stage.
