The Young Money rapper plans to help save her brother from a jail sentence.

Nicki Minaj is reportedly planning to testify on the witness stand of her brother Jelani Maraj, for his ongoing child rape case.

According to Pitchfork, the ‘No Frauds’ rapper will take to the stand to support Maraj, who faces a severe sexual assault charge against a child.

He is accused of raping his 11-year-old stepdaughter in 2015 after he married her mother Jacqueline Robinson.

However Maraj’s lawyer told the publication that he intends to make the argument that the alleged victim and her mother attempted to “shake down” Nicki Minaj for $25 million “to make the charges go away.”

Back in 2016, Maraj pled not guilty after being indicted on a felony sexual assault against a child in 2015.

Maraj was later arraigned and released later on bail from New York’s Nassau County Jail.

There is currently no date set for the trial.
