Nicki Minaj Clapped Back At Someone Who Called Her Sexual Lyrics “Hypocritical”

The rapper caused a stir following her latest interview with Elle.
Nicki Minaj has responded after a Twitter user labelled her sexual lyrics as "hypocritical".
In her cover interview with Elle magazine, the 'Chun-Li' rapper reflected on her influence over young women, noting that one of the key messages on her new album is “it being okay to keep your legs closed.”
She went on to say that strippers and 'Instagram girls' have "so much to offer" and that she finds it sad that they "don't know their worth."

The interview sparked controversy online, and one person's response in particular caught the attention of Minaj herself.
"Dear Nicki Minaj, Your lyrics are hypocritical. You went over to @ElleMagazine to slut shame certain types of women, cause that wasn’t your route (allegedly)," wrote Twitter user Jerome Trammal. "People need to STOP trying to dictate & police women & THEIR bodies! If you can’t HELP, don’t HURT!"

Trammal attached lyrical quotes taken from some of the New York rapstress's songs before highlighting quotes from her recent interview, as well as a tweet asking fans about their "next d*ck appointment."
In response to the tweet, Nicki claimed that she actually was "critiquing [herself]" within the original article.
