Is it finally on the way?
Top Dawg Entertainment co-president Terrance “Punch” Henderson has given an interesting update on Kendrick Lamar and J. Cole’s long-rumoured joint album.
Some fans believed the highly-anticipated project would be released this year after rapper Ab-Soul spilled some information about it on The Breakfast Club last December.
“There is [an album],” he told DJ Envy, Angela Yee and Charlamagne Tha God.
“They got it. They got something in the works. They been working on that mother*cker for a while.”
However Punch was quick to shut down any suggestions of a joint album, after he was asked by a fan on Twitter.
