Kanye West's New Album Is Coming Sooner Than You Think

The 'Black Skinhead' rapper will release a new album this year.

It seems like yesterday he released 'Yeezus,' but new information has revealed that Kanye West will have his new studio album ready for fans sooner than anyone thought - this year, to be exact.

The 'Bound 2' rapper was due to appear in Australia to perform several dates in May, but has now postponed the tour to September 2014 because he's too busy working on his new album.

A statement from Live Nation's Australian branch read:

"Due to unexpected timing requirements to finish his highly anticipated new studio album, scheduled for a 2014 release, Kanye West regretfully announces the postponement of his upcoming tour dates in Australia."

The news was announced on 1st Aprils, leading everyone to believe it was an April Fool's joke. But the word is true, new Kanye West material is coming.
