Kanye is back!

Kanye West has revealed that he is finally moving back to his hometown of Chicago.

The controversial rapper, who announced that he is working on a new solo album called ‘Yandhi’, made the surprising revelation on stage alongside Chance The Rapper at his open mic event in the city.

“The first thing on my mind that I would like to tell you is, that I got to let you all know that I’ve moved back to Chicago and I’m never leaving again,” he told the crowd to excited cheers.

Following the announcement, fans began chanting his name.

He later also explained that he is currently working on a new album alongside Chance The Rapper called ‘Good Ass Job’.

The project, which is rumoured to be 7 songs long, is a reference to Kanye West’s shelved album of the same name.

Yeezy was reportedly once working on an album called ‘Good Ass Job’ before the tragic death of his mother, Donda.

At the time he decided to make his album ‘808’s & Heartbreaks’ instead.

There is no confirmed release date for Kanye West and Chance The Rapper’s collaborative project, however his solo album ‘Yandhi’ is set for release on 29th September.
